About Me ...

Hi! I’m Janine from Focused by JAH. I am a mother, a wife, a photographer and so much more. I first picked up a camera years ago focusing on images in movement before taking a hiatus to enjoy my children. As my children grew and got into sports I was just like everyone else … putting them in activities and watching them develop. 

I paid for all the activities and all the photo packages year after year. It was a great way to chronicle their years but I always felt like something was missing. I was missing those joyful moments that happened DURING their activities and sporting events … the joy, the intensity and the camaraderie. Not to mention the astronomical costs of buying constant photo packages that showcase the fake smiles and only take 30 seconds of a photographers time. 

So I picked up my camera again and started snapping. And when I did … magic happened. I felt as though I could feel the joy and emotions in each of my clients as I watched them dance, play and compete in their own element. And more importantly I was able to capture those emotions through my camera. As a mom I know those are the memories that matter.

Now here I am … ready to make magic for each and every one of you by providing professional photographs and videos at a reasonable rate. My goal is to capture your memories and spark joy for every client and their family.
